Julia and her father therefore focus on experience, innovation, quality and sustainability.
In addition to the winery, there is also a wine hotel to discover, which accommodates 46 double rooms and 5 single rooms. The hotel consists of two buildings located in close proximity to each other in the historic town center of Ingelheim, not far from the winery itself.
The philosophy of viticulture can also be felt in the hotel. A modern ambience meets warmth and friendliness. For example, Grandma Magda bakes cakes every day, and you'll want to keep the smell in your nose forever. Enjoy the cake or breakfast in the garden with a view of the vineyards in fine weather.
Whether as a couple in a double room or as a family in a family room with three or four beds - there is the perfect room for every occasion.
For the perfect start to the day, there is an extensive breakfast buffet. Sweet, savory, oven-fresh croissants, handmade breads from the bakery next door, fruit juices, teas and coffee specialties offer something for everyone.
Anyone staying at the Wasem Doppelstück winery must of course try the homemade wine and sparkling wine in the modern vinotheque. We can only recommend it - it's well worth a taste.
