For all the services listed above, you will only be charged 10% of the net turnover of all bookings. In addition, you will be charged a one-time setup fee of 199 EUR. In the event of cancelations, we will receive 10% of your cancellation costs if you charge fees. This means that you will not be charged any fixed costs, but only if a booking is made.
1. when you submit your application, a non-binding inquiry will be sent. However, if you receive a positive response from Winery Vacation, no further offer needs to be made. If an agreement is reached, this request and the acceptance by Winery Vacation is considered a valid contract. Winery Vacation is therefore entitled to charge the above-mentioned costs. The contract shall enter into force for an indefinite period of time by both contracting parties. The date of the written agreement is deemed to be the date of entry into the contract.
2 Both parties may terminate this contract without stating reasons at the end of a calendar year with a notice period of three (3) months. The right to extraordinary termination of the contract without notice for good cause remains unaffected by this.
3. if the winery/wine hotel is unable to fulfill its obligations to the end customer after a successful reservation and to carry out the room booking, the agent's claim to the agency commission shall remain unaffected. This shall not apply in the case of cancelations due to force majeure.
4. in the case of inquiries, the winery/wine hotel must respond within 14 days of receipt of the overview of all inquiries, otherwise Winery Vacation is entitled to charge a contractual penalty (EUR 200 excl. VAT per inquiry overview).
