The restaurant team is passionate about serving genuine, regional and fresh cuisine every day in the hotel's own gourmet restaurant. Products are used with great dedication, which are mainly sourced from Demeter and organic farms from near-natural cultivation and species-appropriate animal husbandry. And you can taste it! In a cozy atmosphere, the friendly restaurant manager Sina Meier will be happy to advise you on your choice of wine. The hotel is looking forward to welcoming you!
