Your electronic order with Winery Vacation is subject to these general terms and conditions.
The purchase contract is concluded with:

3.1 The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
3.2 By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you submit a binding declaration of intent to order the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order immediately after its completion by sending a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you have provided. This confirmation e-mail contains all the data of the order including these General Terms and Conditions.
3.3 We will store the order for goods with contractual conditions until it is processed. This data is available to you in the form of the e-mail sent in accordance with section 3.2. after conclusion of the contract. In addition, you have the option of saving or printing out the text of the contract when placing the order.
3.4 The contract shall be concluded in German.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal (Section 5.), you must bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed EUR 7.50 or, if the price of the goods is higher, if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal.
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Orders and deliveries are only possible within Germany and Austria. If you wish to order or request delivery outside these areas, we will be happy to help you. The buyer must be at least 18 years old. If the buyer is younger than 18, the purchase contract is invalid.
7.1 The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
7.2 In addition to the prices quoted, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs are included in the price. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
The purchase price must be paid in advance and is due with your order. The goods will not be dispatched until the purchase price has been paid into our account or we have received a corresponding payment guarantee from your bank. Payment can be made in the following ways: Paypal, credit card
When purchasing a digital product, the digital product only becomes valid once payment has been received.
When purchasing a ticket for an event, the place on the list of participants becomes binding upon receipt of payment.
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
10 Cancellation policy
If you cancel an event, the following cancellation fees apply for all booked services (Winery Vacation Yoga Retreat):
If you cancel up to 45 days before the event, the full amount of all booked services will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation up to 30 days before the date, 25% of the total amount of all booked services is due.
In the event of cancellation from 30 days to 7 days before the date, 75% of the total amount of all booked services is due.
In the event of cancellation from 5 days to 1 day before the date, 100% of the total amount of all booked services is due.
In the event that the Winery Vacation Yoga Retreat cannot be held due to Covid-19 infection protection measures imposed by the state of Rhineland-Palatinate or Germany, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded in full. In the event of Covid-19 illness, there is no special right of termination and the above cancellation policy applies.

You can revoke your contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are delivered to you before the deadline - by returning the goods. The period begins after receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to § 312c para. 2 BGB in conjunction with § 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoV and our obligations pursuant to § 312e para. 1 sentence 1 BGB in conjunction with § 3 BGB-InfoV. Timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. The revocation is to be sent to:

In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you are unable to return the goods received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value. This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection - as would have been possible for you in a store, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if it were your property and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value. Items that can be sent by parcel post are to be returned at our risk. You must bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to those ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 40 euros or, if the price of the goods is higher, if you have not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return shipment is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you with the dispatch of the declaration of revocation or the goods, for us with their receipt.
